Export Song Requests To Apple Music In Real Time
Rekwest now lets you export song requests directly into Apple Music playlists in real time. This makes it easier than ever to turn song requests into a playable set without breaking your flow.
Apple Music Joins The Party
Until now, Rekwest already supported exporting requests to Spotify and SoundCloud playlists. With this update, Apple Music is now fully supported as well, giving you even more flexibility depending on your preferred platform.
Edit: Tidal is now also supported.
How Real Time Export Works
Once Apple Music is connected, every request that you accept will automatically be added to your chosen Apple Music playlist. This means your “Requests” playlist keeps updating as the night goes on, ready to be loaded into your DJ workflow.
No more manual copy pasting or searching for each track.
Plug Into Your DJ Software
Because Apple Music can be connected to various DJ apps and workflows, you can integrate Rekwest requests directly into tools like Serato DJ, Rekordbox, djay Pro, and more, depending on your setup. This allows you to:
- Keep a live updated playlist of requests next to your main crates
- Prelisten, sort, and reorder requested songs before mixing them in
Your requests playlist becomes a dynamic bridge between your audience and your DJ software.
Learn More And Get Started
To start using Apple Music export, open Rekwest, connect your Apple Music account, and choose the playlist that should receive accepted requests. After that, every incoming request can flow straight into your chosen playlist as you play.
More detailed information about connecting your playlist and configuring integrations is available in the Rekwest documentation.
